The press-in self-locking threaded nut PL-M4-0 RUICHI is used to create a threaded fastening point in thin sheet metal. The nylon insert or ring is a locking element. When the nut is installed on a bolt, the bolt thread deforms the nylon insert, creating increased friction in the threaded pair. When installed with a press (without impact), the installation part of the nut is fully submerged in the sheet material from the reverse side. The deformed metal then flows into the ring groove on the sleeve, ensuring reliable fixing of the sleeve in the metal.
