The press-in self-locking threaded nut SL-M5-2 RUICHI is used to create a threaded fastening point in thin sheet metal. Thread locking is achieved by increased frictional force in the threaded pair, obtained from the deformation of the threaded hole by crimping at three points. When installed using a press (without impact), the installation part of the nut is fully embedded in the sheet material from the reverse side. The deformed metal flows into the annular groove on the sleeve, ensuring reliable fixation of the sleeve in the metal.
