The pin power connector is used to connect external power supplies to various devices: electronic medical instruments, desktop fans and lamps, chargers, portable audio systems. This connector consists of a plug and a socket. The plug itself includes two parts: a plastic housing and a cylindrical contact with a pair of leads for soldering the wire coming from the power supply. The wire attachment terminals can be designed not only for soldering but also as screw terminals.
