Cable lugs, or terminals, are used to terminate stripped conductors of electrical cable. They are used for efficient and safe connection of a wire to equipment. The red RUICHI DN00510 cable lug is a hollow metal sleeve, into which the wire is inserted from one end. Its free end is in the form of a spade, designed to be clamped to the powered equipment or switchboard. The spade can be in the form of a washer, plate, or plug of various sizes. Cylindrical terminals are also produced for splicing wires.
